Holy Tree

Eucalyptus i considered a holy tree that symbolyzes the division of the underworld, earth and heaven.

The Whispering Eucalypt

According to old stories, long before written history, there was a great tree known as The Whispering Eucalypt. It was said that this tree held a unique gift: when its leaves met fire or warm water, they released a clear, cleansing breeze - a "breath of renewal".

Over time, these natural vapours were turned into small, concentrated crystal-like flakes by heating the leaves over stone bowls. These were called  "Fragments of the Spirit-Wind". Not medicine. Not a cure. Just a ritual, a feeling, and a symbol of renewal.

Origins of the name

The name Eucalyptus, meaning "well-concealed" comes from the Greek word eu "well" and kaluptos "conceal". This was inspired by the protective cap that covers the sensitive stamens until they are ready to burst forth into beautiful, tassel-like flowers.
